Weird, but does the job!
This is indeed very stretchy. It was difficult to cut, as it gunked up my cutter and really really wanted to get away. However, easy to iron on, stuck well, and does the job amazingly! Used for the waistband of my top-layer wedding skirt, and definitely happy with it :)
