Olideauto DSW120 Swing Door Opener/Closer Residential/Commercial,Automatic Residential/Commercial Door Opener/Operator+2PCS Wireless Handicap Push Buttons

We bought this opener from Amazon in March of 2020 and I am reporting it has worked flawlessly since the day we had our handyman install it. It was an ADA requirement for our church when we bought our building and we didn't have anyone that needed it at the time, but everyone has gotten older and now it's used constantly and always works. We didn't catch in the directions that the outside transmitter should have a cover over it to protect from the rain, so after 5 years the batteries started failing after a couple months (usually they last at least a year or more), so I contacted Sara at Olide, and their service has been beyond excellent, and was personal and friendly. We are very happy with this unit and the quality is superb!

I bought two of these systems for the front doors of my business. They work just as advertised. The directions /installation instructions are easy to follow. The customer service is also wonderful because one of my wireless door receivers were malfunctioning. They are sending me one with no hesitation after I showed proof of my Amazon Receipt. I would recommend this product because it works like it is advertised and if it doesn't the company is willing to help you resolve the issue.

In this climate, these door openers have been helpful in keeping our building touchfree as possible. Now our employees can use their elbow to push the button and minimize germs spreading through hand contact on the doors. The beep also gives a warning when someone is about to enter, letting the person on the other side of the door know they need to practice social distancing. Thank you, Olide!

Excellent product. After that I installed it for my business main entrance I realized that the WiFi push buttons don’t worked properly but with the help of the Support Center (218) 221-1010 I solved the issue. Now everything works great!!
