This milk frother works amazingly well! I love the multiple speed options, and it’s very easy to use. The included stand is a great bonus and keeps everything neat and organized. Their customer service is excellent too, they follow up by email after purchase to make sure you’re happy with the product. Overall, a 10/10. Highly recommend :)

Wanted to try something different regarding the use of my self stirring cups. So I am trying this 1 for now (because I also bought another 1 to test). Anyway, I am satisfied with this 1 so far and it seems to have the power and the speed to take care of whatever mixing you want to do. I am currently using it for mixing hot chocolate and I guarantee that when using this, you won't have clumps or floaters to chew. I have not tried the other 1 I bought yet. On the site where I got these 2, there were several different colors and types but these 2 I have were rated as the 2 best. I will give you a word of advice, use the biggest mug to start out with when using these. They both have a very good RPM's at all level speeds so making a HUGE MESS is possible at first (I know I did it). So use about a third of a cup or a half a cup of whatever you're using whether it's coffee or just hot water, pour your whatever you want to mix in your cup and use the lowest setting for your first time stirring. You can use this sparingly and you won't get a foaming cup of coffee or hot whatever (unless you want to). So far I am always trying something different to make life more fun. Try it and 1 thing to say about this, don't allow children to use this. Of coarse most of the time the liquid will be hot and it won't pause if the child gets their fingers in the mixer. Definitely not a toy that children should use on their own. I will update this when I have used it long enough.

This company's customer service has been fantastic--totally above and beyond! After some time after the initial purchase, one of the attachments broke (became unattached from the part that slots into the device). After contacting them, they immediately sent newer versions of BOTH attachments, and even asked what color we preferred! The new attachments have been working perfectly. After some time, they checked in to confirm everything was still working well. We use this almost every day and have been very happy with it. The battery life is very long--too; I think we've only charged it once or twice in the past couple of years we've owned it.

This was the first milk frother I bought, it was great, then it died. I came here to amazon and got support from Foodville. They got me out a second one so fast, I didn't realize they responded and it just showed up. As with small appliances, the battery on the replacement weakened and it wouldn't hold a charge. Came back and they responded within 24 hours and sent me the latest version, and this milk frother is awesome. More importantly, the customer support was so far above board, I needed to log on and write this review. I have another frother I bought a little while after this first one and it's still working great with no issue. For the price, the frothers and the support can't be beat!
