Got this chair for surgery recovery (breast cancer reconstruction). I used it on and off for over one year during the procedures and it was a godsend. Reclined almost flat and comfortable to sleep in. It is also quiet, which was great when it was in our bedroom (the noise of reclining or getting out didn't wake up my spouse). Best surgery related purchase ever! My husband now uses it for his bad back. He loves the heat and massage features.

Got to my 12 year old. He says it’s very comfortable. Provided plenty of support and the massage function is pleasant. It fits in his room and he enjoys gaming and watching football at night there. It is very sturdy as I am 6’ 230 pounds and I can sit in it easily to watch some games as well. We went with the grey color and have had it for 6 months. The color and fabric are both holding up well.

If I could give no stars I would. You have to put the whole chair together and the cover with fabric (they provide) over there frame you build. First, it is so hard just to put the fabric on. Second, there is no cushion and I mean NO cushion. My mom had a sigmoidectomy and was planning to use this chair to recover in.. it's causing sores and pain. Tried putting a pillow on the back and a wheel chair cushion on the seat and even then it's unsafe with no comfort. Tried getting ahold of company and they said there is nothing wrong with it. Waste on money. Don't buy.
