Several of the bottles were very liquidy and did not seem like they should be opened. I do appreciate that each container is so carefully taped shut. Prevents spilling or easy entry.

Where to even begin? My daughter Maya is 8 years old, she has ADHD and man does she love slime. It’s always been something so soothing to her. She received a gift card this Christmas and decided she was ready to make her first purchase on her own. After searching amazon for several days she came upon ChefSlime. This was exactly what she wanted, she felt like such a big girl when the package came to our front door addressed to her. Initially the package looked like it had a bumpy ride to its destination, but nothing that Maya couldn’t forgive. She was so excited that she didn’t care that 3 of her barrels of slime were broken. A day later I received n email from the seller Jennifer letting us know that she had received some feedback about packaging. I described how our package was and we honestly didn’t care to complain. She immediately took action and responsibility, she sent my daughter Maya a whole new set. Now I grew up with my parents having their own small family business and I know how important our customers were and how hard my parents work to have a great reputation. UPDATE: I was contacted by customer service and sent a new, different, ChefSlime assortment. Without question, their customer service - and desire to make their customer happy - is beyond anything I've ever experienced. I changed the overall rating to 5 stars because my original order not having various colors was clearly an odd mistake that they were eager to fix. I have every confidence that it would not happen again. I plan on ordering from them again for no other reason than to support a company with such a high standard of customer service. That's a lost art these days, but not to them.Original Post:My little boy found the consistency super cool, but the box is full of gray slime with maybe two that look to be copper colored. He was super excited when he asked, "What other colors are there?". He was less excited when we found they are almost all gray. I gave it 2 stars because it has a very cool texture, but what kid wants that many containers of a single, depressing, color of anything? Very disappointing. Update: We may have found 2 barrels that almost look purple. If you order this and get a variety of colors, it will be worth 5 stars for sure. I'm giving this 3 because it does feel cool but doesn't LOOK cool being gray.

Initially, I gave this slime a negative review because it didn't stretch. I still stand by that opinion, but I was incredibly shocked at how generous customer service was.I received a response minutes after posting my review, profusely apologizing for my dislike of the product, and then offering me a full refund, 1 free slime set of my choosing, and they didn't even ask me to return my package.They made me feel like my opinion mattered, and I'm still incredibly impressed at how generous and understanding customer service was.Thank you so much!My Initial Review: 2 starsLooks pretty, but doesn't stretchWhen I saw the the low price for this product, I was really excited. The packaging is nice and the containers that the slime come in are cute.However, when it comes down to the actual slime, I have to say, I was disappointed. Recieved my original order and I was not happy with the liquidity part of the slim. I asked for a return which was immediately excepted. Well customer service went above and beyond. I received a email apologizing for my dislike in my recent purchase. I was also asked to explain my reason behind my return which I did truthfully. I never physically felt the product but I was not sure if it was something we wanted to use for the party favors beings it seemed too liquidy once again. I was offered a full refund as well as 2 new packages of slim to try out. Well it worked 100% because the 2 new products that were sent to me courtesy of chefslime are amazing. The marble looking color is gorgeous. The constancy of my new product was spot on with the description. The children as well as my self love this slim. I am so behind impressed with the customer service I received. I would go back for that reason alone however the product has stood up to its description and rating. Absolutely worth it and fun. Thank you for being a company that stands out from the rest.

I bought this slime for my kids. They are telling me it’s really good. The main reason is because it is easy to take off, and it is not sticky. So far, every container in this slime package has come out of the barrel easily, doesn’t stick to my kids’ hands, and doesn’t stick to their clothing. That is every parent’s nightmare- getting sticky slime off a variety of surfaces. So that this slime is easy to take off of any surface is fantastic! The slime looks like it should be liquidy when you look at the clear barrels, but they are not liquidy at all. Even my son who doesn’t particularly like slime has been playing with it for a while now. This variety pack of 24 barrels is perfect for keeping a couple of kids occupied for a while!

My 6 year old is into slime, so I am well aware of different textures of slime and accessories to add. The texture is of that old school TV show Nickelodeons Double Dare or Slimer from Ghost Busters. It's slippery but not sticky to the touch. The bottling is cute and you get a big handful of slime for a 6year olds palm. We made slime kits for Bday pary goodie bags. We tried a variety of accessories, and here are the results: Glitter and confetti works well. The foam balls stick ok as some fell off when you shake it around. The plastic gems are the only ones that didn't stick too well and fell off easily. Aside from that, the product exceeded my expectations based on amount you get, quality and packaging for the price! :-)
