I tried this and it made me constipated. I didn't notice any other effects. It says 10,000 mg on the bottle. I did some research and they say the safest dose is 250 mg. This dosage is much higher. I'm a bit off put by the dosage.

I didn't notice any of the benefits that were attributed to this supplement. I was telling myself it was good for liver and kidneys for some reason I guess that's what I had heard. But I don't know if it was doing anything at all or if it would be beneficial to keep taking it. But I'm gonna skip it. I experienced no side effects so my experience was neither here nor there.

I read that if you booty bump these that you get kaleidoscope eyes. But it didn't work. All that happened was i wanted to climb trees real fast. So i did. And i think I'm fast but who really knows.
