I got this for use in a Clever Dripper as an alternative to paper filters. It fits fine and works well, however the draw-down only takes a few seconds so you need to be aware of this if you're using a timer.Worst thing about it though is that it lets lots of fines through and the last mouthful is well worth avoiding, unless you like that mouth-full-of-sand feeling.

Great replacement item, does the job!

At £8.99 for two, each of these is a very economical replacement for packets of paper filters. They last for years and the coffee tastes just as good as with paper filters. A perfect fit for our Melitta Aroma Elegance 1012-03 filter machine.

Bought to replace part filters. Cone fits perfectly in my coffee machine . Very happy with these filters, though I would have been happy just buying one rather than a pair.

I use it to put the filter paper inside , in case it splits or leaks , therefore very functional and coffee grounds donot clog up the mesh. A little bit smaller than expected for a 4 cup size , but no problem as yet.
