These are top quality. My physical therapist is treating me for ankle and pronation issues. The inserts provide good support and are cushioned enough that I do not find them uncomfortable. They stay put, too. I liked the first pair so well that I bought a second one to wear in my summer sandals.

I have tried other insoles, cheaper insoles, but they don't give me the pain relief that these do.I put these in my flat shoes, my boots, even replace the insoles that come in my running shoes and also in some of my heals that have rounded toes. I will never wear shoes all day without them.

This is probably my 6th set, I have in all my shoes and cheaper on Amazon than direct from manufacturer!

I have achilles tendinitis and have been searching for all sorts of ankle/foot support. From all sorts of ankle wraps, tennis ankle brace, wearing 2 socks, etc. This insert has been the most effective out of all of them, which was so shocking to me. I play tennis about 3 times/week and nothing has worked to date until I used the T-100 Protalus insert. Highly recommend trying it. I honestly don't think sneakers these days (with exception of running shoes) are providing sufficient insert support. The comparison of my tennis shoes insert versus the T100 protalus was significant. A tad pricey but totally worth it for comfort and support.

This insert corrects problems so pain leaves not because of padding but because of the science behind the padding.
