Planetary Ayurvedics Triphala 1000mg - 120 Tablets

I have a problem with chronic blood noses and Hemorrhoids. I can't take the recommended tiny adult aspirins, which aggravate my problem, nor can I take more than one fish oil capsule a day without it causing a worse problem. Some time ago, I researched possible supplements that would help, and Triphala was one many reported gave them help, along with apple cider vinegar and grape seed extract. Experimenting over several years has determined that if I take Triphala three times a week, and the other two daily, I have zero problem with the bleeding. But if I cut back from there, the bleeding comes back quickly. I don't know how much credit to give each of these supplements, but have found that stopping just the Triphala results in a resumption of the bleeding problems. Every body is different, so it might not work the same way for you, but I recommend it is worth a try if you are experiencing bleeding problems.

Felt it in my system after a few hours. I'm happy that it can be taken whenever, be it during a meal or on an empty stomach. I'm not sure if this was something that was meant to happen but it helps my mood. I don't always take 4 a day, but whenever I do I feel a very distinct influx of contentment. Nothing mania-esque, which is what I love the most about it. It's that kind of happiness that gives you back your will to live (if you may lose it on occasion as I tend to) without making you feel overwhelmed by that sense of satisfaction.

Triphala is a marvelous herb... aids digestion if taken at night, aids weight loss if taken in the morning. we are very happy with this product, take it religiously and recommend it highly. I comparison shopped all over the internet for Triphala and this is, without a doubt, the best "bang for your buck".

Like so many products during the pandemic, the formula for this product has recently changed (the inactive ingredients list now reflects this). In short it is no longer effective. The new pills are larger, and created bloating/discomfort and a lot of gas without the usual results.The coating is completely different, like paper, and does not dissolve correctly (I dropped one in a warm glass of water, and then even added lemon juice and the darn thing would not dissolve. The old formula used to right away).Please reformulate again to ensure the efficacy your customers are used to.
