Very happy with this set. I just needed a toilet paper holder but I didn't want yet another mis-matched piece for the bathroom so I decided to buy the set which would replace the towel hook and the towel bar and give me the toilet paper holder and hand towel ring. This set was priced far better than getting pieces individually. With such a good price I was worried about the sturdiness and heft of the pieces--but wow--they are well made. They feel heavy and look solid--these are not plastic or cheap looking. And the set matched really well with my existing oiled bronze/black look of the sink features, bath features, cabinets, door knob and outlet covers! Couldn't be more pleased. Function is perfect--everything is tight and easy to use. The included hardware is fine, I used screw-in drywall anchors instead of the ones provided. Installing the robe hook, TP holder, and hand towel ring was super easy because it is just one mount. The towel rack has two mounts so you have to make sure it's level and spaced correctly. It would be so much easier if they provided a template to tape to the wall.

I mean really, the box is practically presentation worthy! Very sturdy, very solid feeling, and just lovely to look at. It’s a pleasure every time we use them. Just wish they had a few more styles to choose from for my other bathroom!

Normally, when you order stuff through Amazon that is a lower price than competitors and has an odd brand name, you expect to receive said purchased item and not be impressed with the quality or look. That's not the case for this bathroom hardware set. The items are surprisingly heavy and well built, installation was a breeze, and I loved the oil-rubbed bronze look. I expect this set to last many years with no issues.

These look so good. Everyone who cares will compliment your towel holders. I love the look of these.. definitely complete a rustic or antique industrial theme. The quality is better than I expected. Solid units with solid mounting points. I added an Amazon Basics 18 inch towel rod, oil rubbed bronze, to add to this set, and was a little disappointed. The Amazon version was definitely cheaper, looks cheaper, feels cheaper, was multiple pieces, less than ideal mounting. Overall this set from Besy definitely more worth the price. I will definitely buy this brand again in the future when I need to add some fixtures. I will not likely buy the Amazon Basics version of this again. (The Amazon version is the long holder with the brown towel). On camera it may be hard to tell a difference, but in person, and when installing, there is a very clear difference.

They seem to be a good quality, definitely a good look/color, a bit bigger than our old ones but that's not a bad thing.
