This is the most complete book I have found on natural health and healing. It explains how your body functions to prevent disease and how it breaks down. The number of solutions it offers is mind boggling. But if you take the time to understand it, it will be your best source for true understanding on healing of any illness you might have. It is almost hard to believe that the book is only 350+ pages long, as it packs in so much information. So if you want a book that can replace a naturopath, this is the one. Linda Lazarides the author will not be happy about that remark, as she will tell you that you are not trained to see many symptoms. This is true. You should see an experienced holistic doctor in conjunction with the book. My Naturopath recommended supplements to me that I would not have known I needed because I did not see my symptoms. Really, Really good book.

This text book is excellent! It covers many topics I will need to refer to as I prepare to get more involved in Natural Medicine as a Naturopathic Doctor....easy, interesting, and informative reading!

Good to briefly cover generals of Naturopathy, but not comprehensive enough to be called a textbook. Read through in a few days.

THIS BOOK HAS A NICE FORMAT AND A LOT OF INFORMATION PACKED IN TO IT. I REFERENCE IT QUITE OFTEN AND HAVE USED SEVERAL OF THE REMEDIES ALREADY. ONE OF THE MORE COMPLETE NATUROPATHY BOOKS I HAVE IN MY COLLECTION.
