Helps me focus in class each morning. No brain fog. Within 30 minutes, I can tell a difference for the next 4 or so hours. Have been using for 10 months or so. Along with Carnivor / Keto diet, the improvement in my health is remarkable.

I tried this and was disappointed. I have ketosis testing strips at home so I tested the working results of this product using those. All of the testing turned out negative for ketone via urine. The strips were not expired but I do vape and I wonder if maybe the sugar or glucose in that was causing an issue. Either way, not something I would buy again or recommend buying.

This product arrived on time and has been moderately successful. It does not bring weight down as quickly as advertised.

Mine advertised weight loss and had very different packaging, you need 4 capsules according to the bottle. I took at the beginning of my first three day fast, also my first fast in general. I took two about 16 hours in, and seriously felt amazing. Maybe 3 day fasts are just easy, or maybe this stuff is just awesome. Mental clarity, attention, strength, and positivity. First time on exogenous ketones felt great overall, remeber to stay hydrated, by the comments I can tell people are mostly just losing water weight. I dropped 12 pounds in water weight my first day and had to calibrate

The help and improvement that I feel after taking this supplement is incredible I highly recommend it to everyone
