Used this tenancy agreement for last two years, so easy to use! All the details a landlord and tenant need, very concise. The tenant was happy to not be inundated with too much legal jargon too, but it covers all necessary issues, so simple. Saves hundreds!

I should imagine very good for someone who has more than one or two properties But far to complicated questions for a simple tenants agreement Like asking for to much information on tenant even ages so sorry to say I had to bin it and send for the simple one NO PROBLEM WITH THAT

I have two tenants I've just switched to these agreements. One receives Housing Benefits the other Universal Credit - both agreements were accepted by the local authorities. The agreements are comprehensive, clear and well laid out. I couldn't have hoped for a better result. And best of all - you can photocopy one so you'll ever need to buy another TA again. 10/10
