This is a promotional for nextbite productions. There is very little value in their tactics. Mostly stupid high fives and nearly constant laughter. Very irritating and boring. The whole thing was not what they represented on the web site and I am going to ask Amazon to return my money. I woulf not recommend anyone purchasing this DVD.
