This supplement honestly I can really tell it is working or not but that being said out the gate my body is the same as everyone’s body I have a clotting disorder and I am postoperative by a few months but I can say it didn’t help alittle bit as my body is still in survival mode were it is just really focused on healing but my skin has been doing better in terms of it feeling softer and not as many breakouts at all my weight over all has been hold but steady at the moment due to the stress my body is under

Unsure what it’s actually doing or if it’s doing anything to be fair. I don’t feel any different after taking it, but I have only been taking it for a little over a month, so we will see once the bottle is complete.

I had read all the reviews before purchasing Cortisol. Many stated they liked the fact you take one pill per day. Which is why I purchased them also. When I received the Cortisol & read the directions on the package and also on the bottle, It states to take 2 capsules daily. So which is it, One capsule daily, Or 2 capsules daily ?. I don't like taking pills in the first place. So PLEASE do tell me what the dosing amount is. If it is one capsule daily, That is a great deal. If it is two capsules daily, Not so good of a deal.

I don't write reviews very often, but I thought I would on this one. I've been on these for one month now and I feel no change in anything. I wish I did but nothing. Sleep is the same, eating the same and sleeping is the same. I take them every day, but nothing has changed. If at the end of the bottle and I do see a difference I will rewrite this. I'm hoping it does. Hope it works for others
