It worked well... until it didn't.
It randomly stopped working and made my Dell latitude laptop non functional. After switching back to the original battery, it worked like a charm. So it's definitely this.

Okay but can't fully charge
It was easy to install. Initially, I was able to get full charge, about 62K+ mWh. After the first day, the charge capacity dropped to 59K and continued to go down. After about 4 or 5 days, the charge capacity settled at 53,869 mWh. That's where it is now after about 7 days. The charge capacity is about 86% of what it should be. I didn't want to return it since it is already installed and 86% is not so bad. However, I will continue to monitor before the end of 30 days. If it keeps falling, I will return it. I installed this in Dell 2-in-1 latitude 7320, and it showed up as BYD brand.

Good insurance for a future need
I must admit that I got this battery as a backup for a recently-purchased (new old stock) Dell Latitude 5320 laptop. The original battery is still in good shape and gives me 3+ hours of operation on a full charge but I wanted to get this while they're still commonly available. What I received was the battery, in a well-protected plastic cradle, a set of "instructions" (printed in English, Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and Japanese that was mostly just cautions and warnings (but there are plenty of other resources on how to actually replace the battery), along with a small Phillips screwdriver and a plastic "spatula", whose purpose is currently unknown but will likely become obvious when I finally need it.All in all, at only $40 (current price) I think it's a good investment.

Perfect replacementI am a computer tech, so replacing a battery is easy but I think anyone could do it.
