I got an advanced copy I this book and it has already changed the lives of hundreds if kids and families here in Georgia. We own some large child care centers and have used the calming and connecting secrets Jim House has invented. As a principal of a large school located in a rough area of San Diego Jim literally created these tools in real time while putting out fires from every direction. No more raising your voice. No more getting frustrated. Now you will have the tools you wish someone would have taught you years ago about navigating poor behavior in children. (Pppssstt- it even works on older kids and teenagers). :)

Mr. House delivers the goods. I consider it a privilege to be able to learn some of the lessons and techniques this former Principal has developed over the years. I look forward to implementing some of these in my family AND business.One thing, don't read this book unless you are ready to see some changes in your life. Seriously. This is a book that everyone who is a parent or grandparent needs to develop new and more successful ways of dealing with children and especially teenagers. I can imagine the relief of parents who are at the point of total frustration being suggested to get this little book that can make all the difference in a successful relationship with their children. I bought two copies for people on my Xmas list, both are educators. I read one of the copies before wrapping it -- good stuff for anyone who works with kids (of all ages). It's also special for me because the author and his dad are personal friends and great guys.

EVERY parent should read this book! If only I had had these tools when I began my parenting role, so many situations would have been easier. Jim is a marvel at making what is often an overwhelming job seem manageable, simple and fun.

I wish I would've known about Resetology when my children were young. The good news is that i can use the principles in this book on my grandchildren. I also got the book for my kids to use on their kids. Thank you, Jim for sharing this valuable information with us.
