Soft, comfortable, fluffy. No assembly required, just follow the directions to open it. The package itself is a bit heavy, but it is pretty big. I could sit with both my kids and enjoy a movie.

Exactly as pictured and described! Super comfy!! Im 5'6 and fit completely in the chaise, no feet hanging off!! Color is just as pictured and matched my rug perfectly!! It is pretty heavy so 2 person move at all times. Super easy to assemble, just take out of the box and unwrap. Just be careful it doesn't pop you in the face when unwrapping. There was no particular smell to it at all.

I feel like the couch is very nice and comfortable but I do feel like it's overpriced. It's very HEAVY. Definitely takes two people to move and unpack. Took around 3 days for it to fully fluff. Great color and I didn't notice any smells when I first unboxed it. It's easy to clean but make sure you pick location because it's not easy to move.

Whoever said this chair isn’t firm is not telling the truth. It definitely had a smell when unpacking but that went away within a few hours to a day. It doesn’t have regular back support because it’s a lounge chair, more so for lying in. Overall I love it, it’s t comfy, firm and big. And soft If u are looking for back support then buy a sofa with wood or metal structure.

Comfortable and a good size for me and 3 of my dogs (sometimes all 4 of them join me). The only issues are the material-it is very static-y so be careful when you get up! Also, the cup holders are not deep enough so the plastic cup holder that is suppose to fit in there doesn't stay in there. Save some money and order this exact chair without the cup holder!

I love this chair. I bought it to put in the kids playroom for when I am sitting in there with them or we snuggle up and watch movies and it is perfect for that and we can even do a whole family snuggle on this chair. It is durable when the kids can rough house on it and they won’t get hurt or hurt my chair. It is really soft and cozy. I do wish it came with a plastic or metal cup to put in the cup holders as it is just the fabric the rest of the chair is and when you put a ice cold drink that may sweat a little your just getting it wet.

It is gorgeous and super comfy!! The box is really heavy, so plan accordingly. Delivery was swift and setup took seconds, very pleased with my purchase!

Heads up, if you're thinking you want this.. it is HEAVY. It comes compact of course, but don't forget it's over 100 pounds and expands to full size immediately once exposed to air so make sure it's very near where you want it before you break that seal. I picked this for its length... It was the longest one I could find at the time. It seems to be well made and the fabric is super soft. However, the foam is HARD. I suppose that's kind of a good thing since it seems to retain it's shape well, but I slept on it for a couple days and woke feeling like I actually had bruised ribs. There's just not much give, but that is a bonus for durability. It puffs up right away but be sure to give it at least a couple days following the directions to make sure it's completely filled out. I really love this, but honestly not for the price I paid. I ended up building a padded extension for it so my man could actually lean back without his legs dangling and added a mattress topper for comfort. Still- five stars cuz the description was accurate and it holds up well so far - I've had it for a couple months now and I think it could last long enough to be worth the extra hassle, but again- I added an extra layer to it for comfort that probably increased its durability as well.
