I’m really impressed. I’m surprised. I haven’t tried all the flavors and I plan to try them and come back and edit this review later. I bought the variety pack of the flavors. I literally just ate my dinner and I put a little bit of the ghost pepper flavored hot sauce on my vegan man and cheese and vegan sausage. This is excellent. It’s not just heat, but a good flavor to it. A little goes a long way, but it builds quickly and nicely if you want more heat. I had to review immediately after eating this. It was a slow burn that was pleasant and bearable. However, if I continued to build I can see that it can be too much and overpowering if I chose to add a lot more. So I like that this is versatile and buildable as a heat level. The bottle recommend what they pair best with, but I think this could be mixed with almost anything to add some variety to any meal. I was kind of apprehensive about buying the variety pack of 5 different flavors. I never heard of the brand before, but I LOVE hot sauce and anything spicy, and I had just finished off my bottles of Frank’s original hot sauce and Trader Joe’s green dragon hot sauce, both of which I enjoyed but did not find spicy enough no matter how much I built or added—they were just spicy enough to give it a kick, and that’s it. I was worried that I wouldn’t like the sauces of this variety pack. What if it’s not spicy enough, and had no build to it and the heat doesn’t build no matter how much I add? What if it’s too hot and too spicy no matter how little I have (not a problem I would likely have, but it’s possible). I kind of regretted buying 5 bottles of a brand and it’s flavors that are unfamiliar to me, however I was pleasantly surprised by this and I’m so glad I took the risk in trying a new brand and all its flavors. Just trying this ghost pepper bottle has me very excited to try the others!!!!

My new favorite brand! Very good flavor, each one is different and doesn’t burn your taste buds of you can handle a little heat. They all have good consistency not runny not too thick. Each bottle has plenty to last a good while not a “sampler” set. Will buy again after trying out the small batch flavors because they are that good

Can’t recommend highly enough. I love all of the flavors that Yellowbird puts out, and I don’t think there is a loser in the bunch here. They run the range from completely mild (agave and jalapeño flavors) to decently hot (ghost pepper), and the flavors are all pretty diverse as well. Serrano and Habanero are the most versatile and I use them on nearly everything. These have cured my hot sauce buying addiction, and I really only keep these in the house nowadays.

I’ve always loved hot sauce and this was the first sauce I’ve tried that was a lot thicker than what I’m used to. I randomly found it first at Walmart then I couldn’t find it anymore. Found this 5-pack here to try all the flavors. I’ve come to really like the texture aspect to this hot sauce. One thing I hate about some hot sauces is that they are way too spicy with little or no flavor. Ghost pepper is definitely the spiciest, but not to the point where it isn’t enjoyable. It has a smoky flavor to it so it’s great on barbecue items. I don’t think the ghost pepper sauce fits well with most Mexican food or anything else I can think of. Habanero is the best flavor and it is good on any type of food. If you want to try just one get that one. My favorites in order are: 1) Habanero - super flavorful and spicy without being too strong. Great on everything 2) Blue Agave Sriracha - good on Mexican food 3) Jalapeño - good with Mexican food 4) Ghost Pepper - great on barbecue 5) Serrano - good with Mexican food.
