I feel I must write to highlight what a fantastic service I have received from the seller. The product is absolutely first class as it keeps the head in a neutral position and relieves pressure on the neck. It comes very well packed and whilst no one would wish to wear a collar, if you need to then this collar offers tremendous support. The foam is semi rigid with plastic supports and it gently cushions the head. Ordered on a Saturday and arrived on my doorstep first think Monday morning is absolutely brilliant.Update. Worn on a 5 hour coach journey and no issues at all. A hard plastic collar would have been unbearable and a soft foam collar would not have offered the support. Recently contacted the sellers and their after sales service is brilliant and second to none (thank you Volkan).

Over the years I have tried 6 neck braces ranging from soft foam, through moulded plastic to rigid metal framed ones. This one is a very good compromise, it provides a lot of rigidity to limit movement of my head and avoid the pain of too much movement but allows some movement whilst remaining comfortable. It is much better than soft foam, which allows too much movement but is more comfortable than the moulded plastic or metal frame collars. It is also easier to sleep in than these more rigid collars as the foam does have some give. The only downside was the back piece was not moulded symmetrically, a sharp knife was used to trim the bottom of the one wide to make it uniform on both sides.

It moulds itself around your neck and chin and helps you sit up straight, it's very good for that, it probably will fit most people as it has the ability to adjust to whatever's comfortable. I bought it because my neck isn't holding my head up properly so my chin touches my chest, I don't know if this will fix it but I think it's worth a try. I have to take it off when having a meal it's very good at it's job, it took me a while to get use to it, but it's fine now.

It's okay I suppose, really does hold your head up maybe a bit too stiffly, not adjustable, a bit fiddly to put on too, for the money it's worth it but for me personally I found it a little bit uncomfortable.

I have herniated cervical disk in my neck. Sometimes i have severe pain. I am very happy to use this product. It works and supports mu neck.
