Fast&Up Reload Instant Energy and Hydration Sports Drink - 4 tubes with 20 tablets each - Cola Flavour

I was regularly using Fast&Up Reload during my runs in India. Nice to see it is available in US nowadays. This is much needed during my Marathon Training in Spring and Summer. Berry flavour has ultimate taste. Reload has right combination of electrolytes which helps to restore lost body fluids immediately. Since I started using Reload, I have hardly experienced cramps which was frequent earlier.

I was looking for gatorade powder, found this instead. I found it to be a better electrolyte than whats available in market. I use it after running, during gym or simply to drink water when you want to. Pro: 1. it's basically the same thing as gatorade/powerade but in a tablet form. 2. Dissolves completely (effervescent) in a glass of water. 3. The flavor (berry) is good to taste. 4. The bottle carries on it good nutritional description. 5. The drink becomes like a soda with bubbles in it. 6. Bottle is easy to carry around 7. Electrolytes prove to do their work. Against: 1. Sometimes 1 tablet doesn't give the right taste, so you end up popping 2 or more. 2. The bottle's seal was flimsy and i removed it without need of a knife. It could've been better for the price. In nutshell, it is a good drink but costs more than electral powder which provides the same thing. But it's advantages outweigh the cons. A must try for every body. I wanted to take some electrolyte tablets with me on a long vacation requiring some hiking and did some research on electrolyte tablets. I decided on these because I wanted the berry flavor. However, I ended up getting the lime and lemon flavor. I may have accidentally chose the wrong flavor...I'm pretty sure it was me. Anyhow, I like everything about these tablets. The lime/lemon flavor is actually pretty tasty, so I'm glad this flavor was shipped to me. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the artificial sweetener, Sucralose (aka Splenda). I wish it wasn't added. It gave me a subtle stomach ache. I filled a 32 oz bottle with water and one of these tablets until it dissolved then shook it around a little to mix it all. However, I was only able to drink about a cup of it because of the stomach ache from the sugar. If you don't have any issues with artificial sweetener this won't be an issue for you at all. From my research, I found that almost all of these tablets come with some type of artificial sweetener. I plan to just use half a tablet in a 32 oz bottle of water. Overall, it's an excellent product. I will be using these up and may buy them again in the future for future travels.

It was delivered quickly, no problem there. The only problem was that it had no flavor, and very little fizz.

While I like this brand a lot, but did not like this particular flavour (caffeine cola) since it tastes like cola without the fizz, like a coke that's been opened for quite a while...Go for the Lemon (best) or orange flavour instead.
