SuperHandy GoRise Electric Floor to Stand Lift – Support Up to 500 Lbs, Floor Lift Chair for Elderly, Patent Pending

The box when delivered was very heavy for me to handle. But, the package has nice cutout to drag the box. I ordered it for my 93 yr old mother. Assembly can be a task as the main instruction to assemble the legs is not clear. But, can be easily figured out using the picture of the unit. Now the product: It is a good sturdy unit. That explains why so heavy. Operation going up and down is very quiet. In down position it goes almost to the ground (1/2” off). Going up and down speed is fairly reasonable as this is a lift assist device. Up position goes quite high. Actually, you can get off standing up. And, the arm rests can be folded up to get out from side if needed. I may not need it but I just bought it as an insurance. From past experience with my father I believe it is worth the investment. Yes, it is not cheap but it is a good value. Update: Last night my mother fall trying to stand up. Sure enough , this equipment came to rescue. A bit heavy for me to bring it Upstairs. But still, that’s easier than lifting my mother up to the bed from floor just by myself. The wheels helped rolling it up the stairs. Brought it up and put her on the seat. It Worked like it is supposed to and put her back in the bed. I could have hurt her more and myself lifting her by myself. This is unbelievable. I am glad I kept it ready. Anyone who has very old family member, this is a huge help. I highly recommend. To me it is 10 stars.

This product came with good instructions and assembled easily. Made with quality parts and the lift motion is smooth, and elevates to a standing position. It moves easily similar to a hand truck. Features dual power option with both battery and ac power. The ac power cord also serves as the charger for the battery. The battery has a highly visible light which indicates the status of charging and charged. A friend who is a career fireman was extremely impressed. He said a good percentage of his job is lifting people who have fallen,and stated that this product fills a glaring need for an aging population who desire to age in place

Having had polio in the 50s I have been falling and not being able to lift myself up I either have to wait for either my wife to call someone or call the fire department after falling a lot this year and the fire department being at my house so many times I decided to purchase this lift. This unit is fantastic , lt is very well built. Well worth the money! Extremely durable, no cheep parts. Don’t waste your money this unit has everything going for it. Sturdiness ,and value . It is a breeze to move around. Its balance is perfect, no struggling to move

The unit appears solid and works extremely well. Assembly was quick and easy, however I had to use my own 13mm wrench and socket set to assist that assembly, as only the hex wrench for the two included bolts was provided. The 8 13mm nuts needed a wrench to tighten. A crescent wrench might have been too large. Fortunately, I have not yet fallen to try it out. It raised my wife easily trying it out. It does raise and lower slowly but very quiet. The 5-inch rear wheels roll easily on hard surfaces, but a little more difficulty on carpeted surfaces. Murphy's law, I rarely fall on carpeted surfaces.

Just want to say this is a fantastic item at a reasonable price I just helped my 40 year old son off of the floor and it was simple and easy and did not have to bother the fire department. Thanks so much for creating this in my opinion it is perfect for disabled and seniors to have for use.

Purchased in Aug-2025 ahead of November surgery. By December, the rubber on the wheels had completely disintegrated. By January (after two months of use), the two welds securing the vertical rails that hold the seat while it goes up and down are broken. And now Super Handy isn’t responding to my requests for support.

The days of relying on my wife to get me off the floor/ground are over! It is not at all fair to expect her to lift 190 pounds of dead weight because of a muscle condition in my legs that offers her no assistance. Enter this electric lift. Yes, I had to kick my pride to the curb and allow my wife to use this and let me tell you - it is a blessing to have and without it, I can only imagine my wife having to call the paramedics for help (all of our neighbors are elderly so that is not an option). The electric lift doesn't get used often but what little strength I have in my arms will only get worse with time and it will be comforting to know that if I need to be raised from ground zero (I still change our car's oil and occasionally fall when my knees buckle), the floor lift will be available. If you find yourself still able to work or putz around in your garage, yard or inside your house (like I do), and you go down, you better have a plan in place. My suggestion - buy this lift because...you are worth it!

It's very heavy and very hard to maneuver around the house. It's hard to move on carpet. With a person in it, it's almost impossible for me to push. I once tilted it back too far and the whole thing plus the person ended up on the floor. Pretty ironic. Then I had to use it to lift the person up again. So now it stays put and I only use it to get them out of bed. It does the job it advertises to do but I wish they would make a lighter version that doesn't need to lift a 500 lb. person. I only need to life a 180 lb. person and It really does need wheels in the front. I know there is a version of this lift that has wheels in the front, but it was another $400 - I need wheels in the front that don't cost that much. It really needs to be less heavy. Many women are caregivers but are not weightlifters. Other than its extreme weight, it functions good. But don't get this machine to move anyone around. It's just for lifting, as I discovered.

This lift seems to be made of quality materials and workmanship. Easy to assemble construction is well thought out. Tried lift to ensure it works but have needed it so far. Have had multiple falls as I age getting back has become a challenge.

Je suis très contente de mon achat. Équipement très robuste et de qualité. Un peu encombrant mais pour supporter jusqu'à 227 kg, il le faut. Je me sens sécurisée et heureuse de pouvoir être autonome pour me relever du sol lorsque je tombe à cause d'une maladie musculaire. Je peux également, si besoin, accomplir des tâches au sol ou très bas en sachant que l'appareil pourra me relever à la bonne hauteur. Montage facile malgré que ce soit un peu dur de visser les boulons car peu d'espace pour faire tourner la clé. Facile à déplacer malgré le poids. La télécommande magnétique est très pratique ! Je peux recommander cet appareil à toutes les personnes qui ont des difficultés pour se relever, faire des transferts... Je recommande cet appareil

Recommend. Looked at a whole bunch… this is made By a company who makes other heavy equipment so I liked that they bring that know how to the machine. I really wanted to be able to plug the machine in to the wall and not rely on a battery. this is one of the only direct power options. I need for a senior who is a fall risk (and not for in a tub like some other options) … notes .. this is made quite sturdy. It’s a touch heavy (which you want for stability) so you are not gonna want to move up and down stairs too much. My husband was the initial test subject and it worked smoothly and well. The seat goes very close to the ground which is good. It’s day one.. but I like it so far!
