seems to work great
Both my knees are problematic and sometimes painful due to old past injuries. Because of this I ordered this Futuro knee support and the Tru-Fit Aerated Knee Brace at the same time. In this review I'll compare both and tell you which I think is better. The Futuro support is the best one because it slips on easily and has 2 adjustment straps to make it tighter if you wish. As soon as you slip it on it feels comfortable and supportive even before you use the 2 straps. My knee circumference is 16" and I ordered a medium. This size is supposed to be for 15"-17" and perhaps that's why it fits me perfectly. If your knee is larger or smaller you may need a different size such as small or large. The Tru-Fit says 1 size fits all. That may be true but they forgot to mention that 1 size may not fit comfortably. It does feel comfortable at first but after 1-2 hours or less it starts to dig in and feel uncomfortable. Not so with the Futuro. It seems that the Futuro can be worn comfortably all day. Unlike the Tru-Fit, the Futuro feels light and airy but also firm, supportive and comfortable. I tested the Futuro by wearing it for about 3-4 hours. It was so comfortable that I barely knew I was wearing it. The real test will be when I use it to play tennis. After I do I'll update this review and let everyone know how it holds up. I also plan to test it while using a treadmill and exercise bike. I already tested the Tru-Fit and it just felt a little too bulky and uncomfortable when worn for more than an hour.In my opinion the Futuro is the more professionally made knee support that's easier to put on and much more comfortable. Since my left knee is worse than my right knee I plan to use the Futuro on my left knee. I'm even considering getting a 2nd one for my right knee because the Tru-Fit support is less comfortable in the long run (no pun intended).

Good product
Good product. The velcro is the longest lasting out of others we've tried.

Best knee brace
I've purchased multiple knee braces over the past several years of having knee issues, and this is the only one I've purchased twice. It's the only one that's comfortable and adjustable, and keeps my kneecap in place

This is clearly a cheap knock off. DON'T BE FOOLED!
I bought this at a local store a few years ago, and it worked well and was heavy duty. This one from Amazon said it was the Futuro Sport in the description and in the photo, but came in a box that doesn't say "sport". It's just labeled as 3M Futuro, so it's not even the Futuro brand. It is clearly of inferior quality. The upper and lower bands as well as the ring around the knee are at least half the thickness of my old one. And now I see it's non-returnable. What garbage!

Run SMALL: Good product but sizing is WAY off (these run 1 or 2 sizes smaller than measurements indicate).
WAY too small versus sizing on package! My knee measures 16" around the kneecap area which fit within this range. It was so small it felt like it was cutting off my circulation. I then ordered a large which was still too tight but might have worked for shorter period of time (say 1-2 hours on). I returned it, too, as I have to wear one almost constantly right now as my knee keeps popping out (yes I've had an MRI and am seeing the doctor tomorrow). I bought an extra-large and although it's a bit on the big side, because of the good wrap-around velcro straps, it stays up nicely and is a keeper.

good support, runs a little big
Because of knee problems (both knees have had meniscal tears and scope surgeries), I need a little more support when I want to run. I like futuro knee braces. This pulls on easily and has velcro to tighten above the knee and below. I measured my leg circumference and bought a medium. After a few days, it loosened up to the point, where it is a little big. I just tighten the velcro more, but it seems a small would have been better. Another thing I like about this brace is that it isn't too long or bulky. Many knee braces usually cover several inches above my knee (almost half my thigh) to mid calf. This covers just enough to provide support without encasing half my leg. I like the pull on style, though I would be happier if there was no velcro. The velcro does pull on the material so it starts to "shred".

Long time support
I bought this item many years ago and it has done me well. It was looking a little "shabby" so this purchase is a replacement. Safe comfortable support.
