Oils of Aloha Hawaiian Kukui Moisturizing Cream (Pacific Mist) - 4 Ounces

I first used this cream while in Hawaii in 2007. We came upon it at a small souvenier shop. The owner of the shop told us story after story about people who had gotten fried by the sun, used this product, and were almost healed by day two. She said that the cream had saved many a honeymoon from disaster after couples were spending too much time on the beach. We all had some sunburn. I bought this stuff, and honestly, it worked like a charm and felt SO soothing on the skin. I purchase a jar EVERY time we go on a beach vacation. It's a vacation saver, because no matter how hard I try, I always get burned by the sun someplace on my body. I'm tan by the next day if I apply this cream. Try it, you'lll love it too. It's WELL worth the price. And, it smells nice!

If you sunburn easily, then you NEED this cream. I can't believe I have spent 27 miserable summers without this miracle cream.It will literally take away the redness from your sunburn within 24 to 36 hours.In the past I would get pink, apply some "after sun lotion" or aloe vera and get all sticky. Then go to bed, be miserable and stick to the sheets with this painful burn only to wake up in the morning even redder than I was before going to bed. The redness would last about 2 to 3 days.Now, after a day at the beach or pool if I notice I am a little pink, I apply this cream before going to bed. It rubs in smoothly and isn't sticky at all. In the morning I am maybe still a little pink, not in any pain. I apply maybe 1-2 more coats of this kukui cream during the next day and by the following morning, I am HEALED!I wish I knew how this stuff worked, and I am surprised that more people don't know about this life-saving lotion. I love the Paradise Fragrance. I have also tried the fragrance free, but I actually prefer this scent.Of course this stuff my no means will prevent a sunburn, you still need to put on liberal amounts of sunscreen, but if you're like me and will inevitably still turn pink, then give this cream a try!

It has healing properties and is light and quickly absorbed by your skin, so no greasy feel. I don't ever like to be without this cream, since my sensitive skin needs care after sun and garden exposure.I like it best with a light fragrance, but it comes unscented, too.First I bought the sampler, then large jars of the Kukui cream, which is the form I like best. The lotion and oil are great, as well.

I bought this product on vacation last year, because I got a sunburn and needed something for it. I had purchased another fragrance at the time. When my jar was low, I ordered this scent and I'm thrilled! The fragrance is light and refreshing -- not overpowering. The cream is light, leaving my skin soft and smooth -- not sticky! It feels great, even hours after use.I use Kukui Cream all over - face, hands, feet, legs - you name it! I love this product. I hope they never change the formula, like so many manufacturers do. I've been looking for a product that I could use every day, and at night. This is it! Sold!

This is a nice moisturizer, but not quite as moisturizing as I thought it would be, so if you have very dry skin you may not want this. I like the smell a lot. I can't quite place it, but it smells very nice and light. Almost like a bergamot citrus or something. I have slightly oily skin so I wear day and/or night no problem as a night cream or under make-up during day. I had originally purchased for night, hoping it would be a bit heavier for a night cream but that is fine. Good price, nice amount (will last me 4 months) and is cruelty-free, a must.

I love this creme. Its helped with my acne and winter related dryness. Although its not too moisturizing, and sometimes I add a layer of another moisturizer or vitamin e oil under it this works so well. I also used on my hands which were experiencing some winter dryness around the knuckles and after a few applications ( 5-6) my hand are okay too. So, I will definitely be buying again. I had used it about 10 years ago but then had stopped using and now I am back on it.

I like the feeling of this moisturizer, it softens very dry skin and soaks in quick. I read somewhere in review size is too small for the price but I can quite disagree. If someone wants cheaper product they should buy non natural products in big sizes from Walmart perhaps (or DollarTree). The only issue I had was the transportation caused the inner cover under the cap to shift and there was slight spillage of the moisturizer.

Love this product. I have tried so many lotions & creams and very few live up to my expectations. I live in a very dry climate. This cream made my skin feel soft like I hoped it would. Even 12 hours later, I was still very pleased. Not wild about the smell, but after a few minutes, that smell seemed to evaporate a little and mellowed out to a soft fragrance. I will be buying this again especially for those dry winter months when it's so difficult to get my skin moisturized.
