MacBeth Women's Ciao Bella 21in Luggage, Pink

When I first saw this cute carry on I was like in love!!!! I was like I must get it now before it sells out! I didn’t have in mind of buying a carry on but the “Ciao Bella” print had me sold!I just wanted a carry on in case of something or for a trip in the future.So of course I bought it. I also payed for the 2 day shipping which was $22 or $23 so the total was $132.95 almost $133.So when my purchased arrived at home I was so excited! I couldn’t wait to open it!When I did open the box, my carry on and what it was wrapped in looked off!I noticed that they threw in one very thin transparent tissue paper(like for a gift) just on the side of the box. I’m thinking what good does a thin tissue paper do? To protect? How? But I mean it was in there.Then I proceed to open the plastic bag my carry on is wrapped in and to my surprise my carry on is very dirty! I would like to know how are they stored or who “wrapped” my carry on and left dirty marks on it and plenty of scratches!Mind you that I paid a total of 132.95 yet I received an order that practically arrived damaged.It was wrapped in a plastic bag once taking it out the carry on had scratches?If one knew that this carry on was in this shape, why still ship it out?This is something that should never happen to any customer! Regardless if they paid $100 or $133 for it!I would like to be contacted about this matter.

This luggage is beautiful and spacious but after about 3 trips you’ll need new luggage. It’s so cheaply made I can’t even squeeze anything else out of it. The wear and tear makes it look like a 10 year old piece and the handle broke off. RIP to this beauty
