Yes that's what it's for! It won't work without a source of ammonia (eg. fish poop)

Is one bottle enough for a 200 litre tank?

Just bought the fritzyme 7 kuve freshwater bacteria its a 16oz bottle that treats upto 80 gallons my question is i have a 55 gallon how much do i add

The dosage is shown on the back of the bottle. For a new system or an established system. for new it says 119 ml per 10 gal which is 654 ml for established it says 60ml per 10 gal so 330ml M J Aquatics
