The most delicious, tender, and easy to cook pancakes that I have ever made or had. This review is for the buttermilk version. I've been on a pancake binge for months trying to perfect a homemade recipe, but that's all over now. I've never come close to creating something this lovely.

Tried so many different brands and was not impressed. Price was WAY too high and pancakes left a lot to be desired, especially since they all required an egg and oil, some milk as well. Tried these on a whim and to my shock, they were exceptionally fantastic!! No egg, milk or oil!! Just water. Couldn't believe the tangy flavor and fluffiness which all the rest of them lacked. Unless the price is hiked, I will remain a loyal customer!

This pancake mix makes the most delicious pancakes. So easy. ¾ cup mix and ½ cup water makes 3 medium sized pancakes. I grease the pan with butter and I drop blueberries in while they are cooking. Only takes a few minutes and the result is great texture, great flavor. I've tried other Birch Bender's mixes, like the protein one and the paleo one and they are all good. The organic buttermilk mix is my favorite though. YUM

The pancakes are easy to make, just add water, mix, and cook in a skillet, or a griddle if you have one.The ingredients are healthier than most brands. There is not a lot of extra junk added.They taste great - add some real maple syrup or honey for some healthy cakes!

The best pancake and we are settling for this brand now. It is more costly than other brand, but worth it.Very fluffy and delicious.
