I've used these little "salts" for years. I suffer from leg cramps & restless legs. As soon as know a cramp is coming I pop one or two of these in my mouth. They are very easy to take with no horrible taste. One or two usually enough to calm the cramping or restless legs down. On the odd occasion I've needed two or three repeat doses. I have taken mag phos for a few years to alleviate cramp in my feet and legs. It also seems to help with restless legs at night. My usual supplier stopped making them for a while so I was delighted to find these.
