This is my favorite purchase from Amazon. I was sort of skeptical after reading the reviews and comparing the prices- this Weighted blanket is my first purchase of this product. I thought because of the weight it would be hot beings I have to be super cold and comfy to sleep well. However, to my surprise it's not. My husband suffers from ptsd and myself anxiety and I just have a heard time sleeping- Since my purchase we have had some very restful nights. It does seem a little small as I'm used to my cover hanging over the sides, but it still does it's thing. I'm very pleased. When I first purchased I wasn't sure what weight I wanted to go with but the 15 Ibs was enough- I don't know about cleaning it because I haven't yet but mine didn't have a odor as others mentioned in there review. If you need something to help you rest and get a good nights sleep please try this. It has really been a pleasant surprise for us. I hope if you order it does exactly what you expect and more. I'm ready to try a heavier one now.

I have suffered terrible insomnia, restless leg syndrome, chronic pain, anxiety, depresssion, fibromyalgia. You name, it I had it! I am currently on a journey to get off all synthetic medications and live a homeopathic healthy life. This blanket has been a Godsend! Since the very 1st night with my weighted blanket I SLEPT! My insomnia is gone. I go to bed at the same time every night and sleep all night long 99% of the time. I’ve reduced my anxiety meds. And I don’t take my RLS med any longer. My husband saw the profound difference in me bc I was finally getting the sleep I needed to have enough energy to get outta bed in the morning and be productive and in a good mood and said he wanted one. Last night he slept with another brands weighted blanket that’s 20 lbs (mines 15lbs) and I was worried bc it was made thinner than mine and didn’t seem to be sturdy. Well, my husbands never had insomnia but he does have RLS and tosses and turns all night long. He moved twice last night that I recall but I was blissfully sleeping myself. 😊 These blankets are the real deal! That means a lot coming from a life long pessimist!!!!!

Perfect. I sleep much better now I almost make it through the night. Before. I wasn’t able to sleep at all and falling asleep was the most difficult. The blanket really helps with my anxiety and my busy mind. I wish I would have gotten the the 10 lbs tho. With my fibromyalgia maybe it’s a little too heavy. But it does it’s job

This blanket has helped me sleep better every single night since I've purchased. It's soft and relatively lightweight (you can lift and toss it around when making your bed without struggle). Because it's on the thinner side, it's perfect for summer nights and can easily be layered with heavier blankets for chilly days. I'm not sure exactly how or why this works but the science is definitely proven - weighted blankets significantly help with anxiety and improve sleep quality. I used to stay up late tossing and turning, stressing about what I had coming up the next day, and waking up throughout the night. Since using this blanket I can actually say I fall asleep rather quickly and stay asleep until morning.

Absolutely love this blanket I bought the 60x80 and it's perfect I have slept so much better the last week I don't wake feeling exhausted!

I bought a blanket for my daughter and one for myself. We love them. I sleep better and feel so rested in the morning. My husband was not sure he would like it and changed his mind after two nights. You need to make them in pet sizes. The dogs love them too.

This blanket is a Christmas present for my grandchild. It seems to be well made and looks nice.

I bought this for Christmas for my 18 year old daughter who suffers from anxiety on a daily basis. She put it on her bed Christmas morning and has used it everyday since then!
