CalCore Professional Strength Swiss Ball for Office, Exercise, Stability and Fitness

I bought this product based on the reviews I read. The vendor sent special instructions before the item reached me so that I would have them when the product arrived. They were clear and actually made me feel more confident in my purchase as the vendor wanted me to have a good experience with the product. I faced a bit of ridicule and the teasing from my co-workers will probably never stop and I was skeptical. What good would this do? I have used the product for more than a month. The primary improvement I see has been in my posture and further mind/body connection. I find myself noticing when I am not in a position in which my spine is erect. My company is embracing health and wellness issues and I saw this as a perfect opportunity to try this on my on. I will recommend it to them for anyone with back issues and I will continue to use it and tell others about my experience.

This is the 2nd one I've purchased, I use it at home and work.Great price and performance, no more backaches from sitting on awful office chairs.I've had my first one for 7 months, have not needed to add more air.

Super excited when it arrived but annoyed it came time to inflate it, thats why it lost its 1ST star. It comes with a little foot pump, sounds easy enough, but it sweaks, like a dog chew toy, when you push down. So I had to use my hands and it took 30-35 minutes. If you are trying to do it at work, get to the office early, cause the pump sounds like heavy breathing, once you figure how to cancel out the squeak (cover the pink rubber thing on the pump-- it makes sense once you get it) Wish I knew how much to fill it to. A lot of guessing and testing. The other main factor it lost a 2ND star is because the piece that goes in the ball to inflate is plastic and it broke. So it was HIGHLY annoying trying to pull it out and put in the pin. 1 hour later, it does the job, strengthening my core.

I love it. High quality - the foot pump kind of stinks, but fill it with an electric pump and you are golden. I use it every day and only have to top up the air about once a month.NO need to pay any more than the cost of this one - its ideally sized and high quility. My thighs and core are killing me by the end of the day, which is exactly what I wanted!

This ball is good for individuals who suffer from serve back pain and have to sit in front of a desk all day long. This ball can handle up to 360 pounds with no problem. This ball is good for exercising as well as sitting on it to either watch a movie or eat a meal or work. The pump is is extremely flimsy and sometimes it will make a high squealing noise other then that it's a good buy for the price. I recommend this product to anyone just have to purchase a separate pump if you find the squealing noise intolerable.

Ball is as big and round as I expected :-) I was glad I had my own big pump to blow this thing up because the little one they provided would have taken forever. Not crazy about the plastic PVC smell all these exercise balls have, but it's unavoidable. We left it outside overnight and cleaned it with vinegar and water, and it's much better now.

I was concerned about the height of the ball, but this has turned out to be the best office chair I could imagine. An added bonus that I had not thought about, is that is is adjustable, so for me, traveling for work, it actually folds up nicely in the suitcase and can adjust to any height table that I need to work at. The quality is good (even though it doesn't really look like it out of the package). I've been sitting on it daily for 2 months now and it shows no sign of change. Definitely worth the money.

Sent a ball that was 24 inches NOT the advertised 29.5. Foot pump was weak so we used a real air pump and it still did not fill to proper size. I'm very disappointed. Ball quality seemed fine, but it was the wrong size.
