Add another taste level to your cooking.
I used your yellow curry to add to a carrot and coconut soup I had made. It was delicious. The curry added just the right amount of heat to make the soup interesting and multi leveled in taste.

Flavorful yellow curry
Just had a chance to make some curry with this today. Yellow curry with potatoes and carrots and coconut milk. Really really good!

Great Substitute for Fresh Basil
Yes. The recipe called for Thai Basil, fresh, and this paste was a great substitute. Made the curry for family and everyone was pleased with the results. Very tasteful results.

Clean Ingredients but Milder Flavor — Still a Good Tom Yum Paste
This Tom Yum paste has a very clean, natural ingredient list, so you don’t need to worry about any questionable additives — that’s a big plus. I usually cook Tom Yum using a regular paste with a not-so-great ingredient list, and the flavor is much stronger in that one. With this organic paste, the taste is milder and not as intense. It’s also quite spicy. But that’s not necessarily a downside — it really depends on what you’re looking for. If you want that deep, classic restaurant-style Tom Yum flavor, you might prefer the regular paste. But if you care about quality, natural ingredients, and still want a tasty soup, this one is a very good option. I’m still deciding which one I prefer — honestly, I might just mix the two to get the best of both worlds.

Delicious yellow curry paste
I made a base sauce using raw cashews and added a couple of teaspoons of the yellow curry paste to it. It was beyond delicious. Served it over crisp battered tofu and vegetables (broccoli, peas, red bell pepper, mushrooms and carrots) with basmati brown rice. This will be my “go to” curry paste from now on. I also tried this sauce over a baked potato and it was wonderful.

There Are Better Tom Yum Pastes
Just my opinion but I have had better Tom Yum pastes. Others like it. It is inexpensive enough that you should just try it. Some thought it was overpriced for the volume you get but it's a decent size to try. I found it to be not that spicy. I thought the flavor was a bit bland.

Fresh grated without all the work!
Perfect for Thai Curries. Saves so much time not having to grate fresh turmeric or chopping lemongrass yet you get the same fresh flavors.

My favorite Thai curry paste
This Thai curry paste is not too spicy and has a rich, deep flavor. Sautéing finely chopped ginger, garlic, ground pork, green beans, carrots, and paprika, then mixing them with this paste and a little soy sauce, makes a delicious rice bowl dish.
