Vanilla flavour tastes nice and mixes well. I go to the gym three times a week and swim every day. I only take it after I’ve been to the gym and I have noticed I feel better the next day. I also got this for some stupid price of £20 odd on an Amazon Prime Day deal.

Seems to speed up my recovery after a hard workout. More effective than energy + protein, so I guess those trace elements and electrolytes are worth having.

I’ve used 4 or 5 different vanilla protein shakes at this point, most of them have been really nice, a few I wasn’t to keen on but was drinkable. This shake though, It tasted sickly and drinking it only made me feel sick. Based o this I can not recommend but... They offered me a full refund almost instantly with no hassle what so ever. So you it wouldn’t hurt to try it your self

Ottimo integratore già acquistato in precedenza, peccato che stavolta il corriere abbia fatto il danno utilizzando il barattolo (imballato con una semplice carta flessibile) come una palla che però non rimbalza.La polvere dell'integratore è dappertutto perché il tappo è saltato.Reso sostituzione/possiibile non possibile.Soldi buttati....adesso che lo so non comprerò più nulla di simile su amazon

Uso ormai da parecchio tempo REGO della SIS, in particolare modo in questo periodo. Sto preparando una mezza maratona per settembre, e sento la necessità di recuperare visto il forte caldo delle settimane scorse. Fa il suo lavoro, come promesso. Ovviamente non fa miracoli, dopo una sessione di ripetute comunque il giorno seguente non sono così riposato, ma indubbiamente meno affaticato. Come per il gusto al cioccolato, è un po’ difficile da sciogliere completamente. Nel complesso giudizio più che positivo. Direi indispensabile se puntate ad allenamenti molto intensi e mirati al personal best. Diversamente non ne vedo l’utilità. Prezzo eccezionale proposto da Amazon, che vanta una disponibilità dei prodotti superiore addirittura al sito ufficiale SIS.
