Works for Freshwater Fish too
I do not have saltwater tanks, but I use Zoo Plankton for my African Cichlids. If you feed your fish pellets, what I do is pour the amount of pellets you feed into a container. Put a capful of Zoo Plankton in with the pellets. Let the pellets soak up the liquid for 5 minutes and feed to your fish. There are alot of vitamins/nutrients that are added to your pellets now. The fish love this stuff. I use many Seachem products and I have been totally satisfied with Seachem.

A must have for filter feeders
Easy feeding for filter feeders in any fish tank. I use it in my Marine and Brackish water tank. Both my corals and other filter feeders (clams, scallops, oysters) have reacted very well. You can't really overdose but you don't need to use much. I put a cap full a day and everything is thriving.

Another awesome product from Seachem!
All my corals do wonderful being feed this and so do my inverts. I target feed some and then add some to a high flow area once I turn the pumps back on after target feeding. It says add 5ml per 50 gallons and I believe this is plenty even if some people may not think so, keep in mind the particles are very small.

With this product my cianobacteria problem dissapear and now I'm able to keep clear water and happy corals in a very basic filte
I'm using this product for about six months and my Corals are growing incredibly and their color becomes so deep and bright. Twice a week feed my 50 gls. reef aquarium with two measures of the bottle cap not directly on the corals but at the surface. With this product my cianobacteria problem dissapear and now I'm able to keep clear water and happy corals in a very basic filtering configuration.

Really good stuff. Keeps pod population in good health
Its good. I usually dose this every other day to keep my pods fed. In return my firefish gets good as well as some hermits. I don't have enough algae to sustain all of them without this.

And while my favia coral had a good feeding response
I have to agree with Matthew S. This product should NOT be used for direct feeding. My Kenya Tree polyps closed immediately in fear of this product. And while my favia coral had a good feeding response, there was noticeable tissue damage within minutes of feeding. The frag had previously been a beautiful green color. But where this product touched it directly, the frag lost it's color and appears to have actually dissolved some of it's carbonate body. I would be very wary of this product in any instance where you intend to directly feed your coral. Even though I just received this product, I will be discontinuing it's use immediately in favor of another brand of phytoplankton and zooplankton that I purchased at my local fish store. The picture isn't terribly clear, but you really can't miss the big ugly dissolved pink spot on the coral.

Amazing product
This really helps to colour my fish. Just mix it in with their feed daily and watch them start to colour up even more vividly.Would order this again for sure.
