Great product
Church Summer Bible School had posted items needed for projects. One of the items I selected was “Liquid Purple Food Coloring”. I did not realize grocery stores only had gel coloring because it mixes in icing easier. But I found the liquid online from this vendor, thank goodness! Easy to navigate their website & order. They had a large array of colors. Not just blue, green, red, yellow!

It’s purple
Instead of making a red velvet cake I substituted the red for purple food coloring to make my daughter her favorite color cake. It’s very dark purple. Wish they made a lighter shade.

lighter than expected
The color of this food dye was a little lighter than I expected. More of a light purple, lavendar color, even though the pictures look pretty dark.I used it to color some home made buttercream frosting for some cupcakes I baked for my daughter's birthday. 7 drops for each batch of cupcakes gave a nice light purple. There is still a lot left over for my next craft. I wish they would have just done a better job of representing the actual color.I didn't notice any flavor issues with this, so that's a good sign. I'd use it again.

good product
is a good product, but DO NOT use very much as it is very concentrated. If you use too many drops it turns almost into a blue color, less is more :)

It was wonderful I made Lavender Lemonade.

Cap loose, spilled
For whatever reason the cap won’t stay tight and keeps coming loose. Makes a very big mess and stains everything, pretty bummed

Doesn’t take much- Add slowly!
This takes very little to color! I did not use it for frosting, but for my hand sanitizer ( May use for baking in future) and I put in just TWO drops to about 30 oz , and it came out darker then I wanted! So use judiciously! There is a dropper top, but you might want to start with half a drop...put some on a toothpick or something... like I tell my son when cooking, “ you can always ( add) cook Itmore, but you can’t (add) cook it less... should have followed my own advice, ya think?

Color
Bought the color for decoration and my foam topping in my matcha tea color came great without any bad taste
