Works on wood stoves.
Used to re-paint my wood stove. Have had a lot of hot fires so far and the paint still looks new.

Good stuff, but expensive for the coverage
I used this and I later switched to the brush-on quart. The coverage from the cans was a bit disappointing. I went through 3 cans repainting an old wood stove and still wasn't satisfied with the thickness of the coatings. At that point I switched to the liquid, brush-on version and gave the entire stove a thick protective coating while using less than 1/4 of the quart. That ended up being the more economical route to go. If you have only a small section to paint that will require 1 can or less, this would work. For anything more than that I recommend using the brush-on.

Gorgeous Finish – Just Be Prepared for Strong Fumes
I used this high heat enamel spray paint (white) to redo my old radiator, and the results were so worth it. The finish came out smooth, clean, and super professional-looking. It really made a huge difference in the space. A few tips if you’re planning to use it: • The fumes are very strong, so make sure to wear a respirator. • Open every window, get a fan going to push the air out, and close the door to contain the fumes. • Work in thin layers and take your time—it’s better than trying to do one thick coat. Bonus tip: If you accidentally spray your tile floor, don’t stress—you don’t need a heavy-duty paint remover. Just use nail polish remover (acetone) or 70% isopropyl alcohol and it comes right off with a little scrubbing. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this. It’s strong, durable, heat-safe, and once it dries, it really elevates the look of whatever you’re painting.

DELEIVERED AT 7:30PM AND THEY LEFT PACKAGE OUTSIDE LOCKED GATE
AMAZON PLEASE DON'T DELIVER PACKAGES AT NIGHT when they are ordered standard free delivery like this was. This is the only time in three years of ordering that this has happened, but we don't want packages delivered at night and hope this isn't a trend. If AMAZON can't get a package here by end of a standard workday, like say 5 or 6 pm, then deliver it the next day. As for the paint itself, I am using it to refinish my Mom's really nice wrought iron patio furniture and it is a perfect match for the original color. The flat finish looks great too (just like the original paint), and it goes on uniform and smooth and looks like new furniture. It also dries quickly. I really lucked out finding this shade of almond, I tried a few other "Almond" spray paints in various glosses from local hardware stores, but none matched the original color of the furniture.

Heat Resistant Sauce!
This Hi- temp. Paint is very reflective! I’m pretty sure this helps with its temperature resistance! Just make sure the surface area you want to paint, is clean, and rust free.
