This has made sinus rinsing more pleasant to me. I used to use the plastic bottles with the black cap that you microwave. You had to squirt them into your nose. I found it a miserable experience but my ENT insisted strongly that I should be doing sinus rinses. I got this pot because I wanted something more long-lasting than the plastic bottles, and it’s pretty, too. I absolutely love it! I use a measuring cup to warm the saline water (always distilled) and then pour it into the pot for use. 8 ounces fills it twice, once for each nostril. The pot isn’t as aggressive as the squirt bottle and I actually think it’s more effective. Once done, I clean it with soap and water and let it completely dry before using it again.The pot is beautiful and well made, and for me it was worth the extra money. I’m so glad I found it.

Great product, well made and very attractive. Not only does this neti pot work as it is supposed to, it looks great on my shelf. Highly recommend.

like my neti pot it is so prettyam able to not blow nose all the time. from allergiesuse 1/4 teaspoon plain un-iodized salt or sea salt to 1 cup of water.this neti pot is smaller than that but just let excess go down drain.I boil water night before then in morning to 1 cup in a bowl microwave 10 seconds update now use 2/3c water 1/4 tsp salt in microwave for 5 second it is then only luke warmnozzle is a little big but one that is just right is no longer in business, bought out by another company told kept same name there neti pots are different than previous owner.I guess because of copywrite laws there will never be another the same. for some reason not sure if my fault or this pot having little difficulty getting optimum stream. no matter still I can breath easier and nose not as congested as before. this pot is still more desirable than none.update things working out fine.incase you have problem of dripping nose from water you used in neti pot do this manuver. bend over put right hand up in air look at it and count to 60. repeat with left hand...something read long time ago.

Simple, attractive design - much more sanitary than the cheap plastic ones where bacteria can be trapped in the handle. Very well made

Good purchase. A little high priced but gets the job done. A good fit for my nostrils.

This is a very well made, attractive neti pot. I coupled it with a salt jar of the same glaze and they are a nice addition to my kitchen counter, meaning, you can leave them out so you will actually use them. I use this pot every day and it is very comfortable to use; good erganomic design. Holds the right amount of water for one nostral at a time.
