Does a great job. Used for many months still going strong, quick and easy to use.

I'm overall pleased with the product. I have never used a steamer before so nothing to compare against but I needed to clean my sofas as I live in an old cottage and decided steaming would probably eliminate more musty odours etc long term. The sofa is leather base and arms but material cushions. It work brilliantly on it and I've noticed a huge difference in odour and look. Really spruced up the suite and not caused any water damage. It does indeed help eliminate odours too. I will use it all around the house. Obviously the electrical wire limits certain abilities of where I can use it but nothing a good extension lead won't sort. I'm sure there are more powerful tools on the market but for the price, I think it's great.

Bought to clean a gas hob and splashback. It does work but due to it's small size it seemed to run out of steam very quickly. We had to refill several times and had to keep stopping to let steam build up again. It would be ok for cleaning black mould around the shower base. The supplied accessories are good, and we used the hose attachment to get into awkward corners. It can also be used for cleaning alloy wheels, but again it needs frequent refilling. Seems well made and will probably last a long time, but I can't see it being used that much.

Really impressed so writing a review. Such good value. Appears just as good as ones double the price! Light, safe, sturdy and has useful tools to fit onto end. You get a fabric stretch cover for steaming clothes, for example. You can do glass, windows, ovens, sinks, door frames, bikes, sofas - sooo impressive. Each clean needs a little work. It's not a miracle fix but it's incredibly effective! Really impressed. Love it.

Disappointing quality. The product failed to perform after just two uses — the cleaning brush broke and pipes component came apart, making it unusable. Not worth the money. I do not recommend this item.

This is a great little steamer and stops the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. I've used it on my job, oven, windows, bathroom tiles and it's done a great job. Brilliant on vinyl flooring, I would have given it five stars, however the switch let's it down, very awkward to continually hold down the switch and the hose needs to be a lot longer. For the price it's a good little machine and I now hardly buy any cleaning product so helps with the environment.

I got this to clean my oven. Twenty minutes with this cleaner and a couple of scrapers and I can now see through the door. The oven is clean without any nasty chemical smells that usually persist or anything toxic going into my septic tank. Worth it for this task alone but the instructions have given me suggestions for other household tasks - e.g. the bathroom &c. Just a suggestion, if you need to refill it, turn off the steamer and express any surplus steam or the cap will not open (good safety feature!). Takes no longer to come back to operational temperature than a steam iron. Nice range of tools though I'm not sure I'll use them all. If it proves robust in the long term then this is good value and I would recommend it.
