Cute New York Premium Muslin Cotton Blanket (Black)

I actually bought this for myself as a lap blanket during the warmer months. My sun room, where I read a lot, gets chilly at night. This is the perfect weight and size to curl up with in a chair.I thought gauze would be too thin, but in this case, it's not. This blanket is well made and washes well. (Cold water on the handwash cycle and immediately hung to dry to avoid shrinking.) I use white vinegar for fabric softener. After it's dry, I like to put the blanket in the dryer on fluff only, using pure lavender essential oil on a wool dryer ball and let it roll around for a couple of minutes. Heavenly!I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this beautiful yellow blanket.

The colors are vibrant and look just like the picture so far. They washed up perfectly and the color didn't run or fade at all.I think these will be wonderful for a photo prop.I like the fact that these are just a nice, bright, solid color because my little one prefers things like that rather than patterns.They come in a cute little gift bag with suggestions and instructions.After a couple of washes, I think that they are just as soft as the Aden & Anais blankets I bought and most of the other brands I've tried.I'm intending to buy him others in additional colors I like them so well.

I purchased this blanket to make a “baby milestones” blanket. I wanted something light and thin that would be easy to store between uses, but that would last. The fabric of the blanket is fairly delicate and had a hard time when I removed the heat transfer tape used to keep the numbers/words in place as I worked to affix them to the blanket. I was able to remove without tearing the fabric, but some of the fibers separated just a bit. However, I believe it would last well for traditional use and this aspect of the delicate-ness would not be an issue.If I need to make another milestones blanket, I would purchase this again as a little trial and error helped me develop the best strategies to complete the project without damage to the blanket.

This is what it looks like after it’s been washed so wash it before use. I use these for breastfeeding, blanket, wiping up and I wear them as head wraps over a satin/silk bonnet and they hold pretty well, and then I carry one. They are soft and attractive.The green one however is NOT the color advertised online, it’s more of a brilliant teal than it is green green which is disappointing. I also must admit that it’s still an attractive color in most light. It also shrank some after a wash.

This is very light weight, it is made of muslin. It is more scarf like than blanket like material-wise. It is useful in warm weather and, as a colorful addition to another blanket. It is also very handy for blocking the sun by draping over the stroller. It comes in a nice little pouch so, it is handy to toss into a diaper bag.

Which isn’t a big deal, I ordered the “cheapest” priced blanket I could among the list. It’s soley a stroller blanket. Just to cover the canopy of my stroller. That’s it’s only function. Didn’t really care about the color. It’s incredibly soft and breathable. Just like my cheapy from Walmart. Same exact blanket. Only difference is this came in a nice storage pouch. Thanks!

With so many friend having babies recently, my mom has started making each baby a Muslim blanket with they name embroidered on it. We were having a hard time find the fabric we wanted at a reasonable price. I found this and ordered hoping it would be worthy of a newborns blanket, and it absolutely was! Great colors and feel of fabric! I have purchased several now and have loved each one!

This was a gift for my niece, who is pregnant with twin girls. I sent the item directly to her home and it arrived timely as promised. Two days later when I visited, she showed me the items. She had already washed and prepared them for the newborns. The rose pink color was so beautiful and cheerful, and the cotton was soft. I'm sure the blankets will be warm also. I can't wait to see the newborns swaddled in these versatile, beautiful blankets.
