Lockdown
Lockdowns been rough my arms haven’t lost any size I use these once a week and the pump is amazing even when the gyms open I will keep these in my routine

Do not recommend at all
a) they aren't elastic so it's really difficult finding the right tightness that restricts enough but is also loose enough when the muscle is tensed... Either too tight with the muscle tensed or too lose when it's notb) there's no markings on the fabric so you can't tell if you're setting both arms to the same levelc) it's really awkward closing the hingeGet something else, I'm returning these

Great!
These are great, not too big and get the job done. They don't pinch you like some others do with the metal parts getting your skin trapped under the strap.

These are solid enough but are Not elastic as described in the heading and therefore minus 3 stars and returned product.
