Helped my milk supply
I am currently breastfeeding my 5week old. I noticed my milk was starting to establish and noticed baby seemed frustrated after feed. So I started drinking this tea a week ago and noticed baby is content after feeds and calmer in general. I like to think this tea is helping with my supply plus any colicy symptoms baby was experiencing previously.and with regards to taste, I think it tastes like sweet like liquorice, and didn’t think it was bitter like some people describe it.

I'm not 100% sure as to how much this is working, but I have noticed an increase in supply but that could be this tea or the brewers yeast tablets used in conjunction. Nevertheless, this tea smells and tastes nice (I appreciate both are subjective) and so I would recommend!

My baba is 10m and I used this tea religiously up to him being 6m.I didn’t purchase this tea to increase my supply, my main and only reason were the ingredients. I was afraid to have a baby with reflux and constant stomach problem. Having this tea helped with my baby (not that he had any) having No stomach/ wind or feed related issues.Fennel seed is known to increase milk but also help gastric pains/ constipation

Works for me!
Very pleased with the purchase. It increased my milk supply so I no longer struggle with breastfeeding. And I tried other more expensive lactation supplements that didn't work. But, this works for me. I take 2 cups a day. I like the fennel taste too.

They helped me but taste rough
Ok the flavour isn’t great but I honestly feel like those days I need extra help making milk these teas help. If I am feeling a little rub down I drink these just to make sure my milk isn’t effected

Amazing tea, it works!
This really works and pretty much straight away. I drank this 4 years ago with my son and again now with my 2 week old. I breastfeed only and this tea is magic. Just don't make the mistake to drink before bed or when you're popping out and planning to not feed until you get home.

It is safe to drink in empty stomach
I like this tea so much my milk was decreasing and when I started drinking the tea it increased my milk
