Good product. My husband uses it for its good health benefits and has said his moods are better and energy level is good. It’s a good quality. You get a lot for a good price. Functionally it’s a good product. Good dosage, lasts awhile and no weird taste or anything.

First day, slept better. Second day too, but noticable clumbsiness lingers. Third day started getting light headed and could tell my thinking was altered. Be careful on the dosage. This one might be a bit much... Waited a week, tried just one. Noticed slight clumbsiness after waking. Might try a half or 1/3 of this in a few days.
