Lew’s Hypersonic Spinning Reel and Fishing Rod Combo, IM6 Graphite Rod with Fast Action, 3+1 Bearings, 5.1:1 Gear Ratio, Speed Lube, Orange/Gray

This is my second Lew's combo. Bought the first one a few years ago. Love them both. The rods are both easy to cast and offer great feel for delicate bites. Lews spinning reels are really well-constructed and give me confidence that I'll land the fish I hook. The price is reasonable too!

Lews is all around a great brand/company wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them as I own a few lews setups myself

Unfortunately I got this in the winter. Sat in garage waiting for fishing season. Broke the first time I used it and was outside of return window. Update: it appears that Lew’s is willing to replace the rod with a “comparable” model. The hoops they want you to jump through are quite frankly ridiculous. Would be a MUCH easier process if they would simply lay out EXACTLY what they want you to do so that there is no need for constant back and forth emails. In my initial claim I included the requested pictures and info. Then I get another email wanting pictures of the rod broken through the serial number, which is understandable. I’m sure plenty of people will or have tried to simply get a free rod. Why can’t they just clearly state that a picture proving the rod has been essentially destroyed needs to be included begin with? Several people store fishing/hunting gear at vacation properties that are many hours from their primary residence. Now, I’m 4hrs away from the rod they want me to break and send proof of before they will send a replacement. So I guess I won’t be able to take the replacement rod up north next time I go fishing. Unless I make an 8hr round trip to get pictures proving I further broke an already broken rod! Guess I’ll just keep using one of my many Ugly Stiks that have never failed me.

Nice combo rod and real. Smooth action. First fish was an 18 lb pike.

Great setup. I use it for crappie and brooke trout fishing. Got here fast and no damage. Buy this combo for sure if you need a new rod or are adding to your collection.

It’s awesome it cast well. I’ve already caught quite a few fish and one nice size big trout it reels in real nice.

This pole broke in half the very first time my son used it the day after Christmas. Very disappointed. Would like to get my money back.

Buenq caña, pero esta sobre valorada la marca lews, es una marca muy cara y te vende prestigio e imagen en realidad no es tan buena cuesta el doble y solo es por la marca pero los materiales son los mismos

Excelente calidad, la caña es muy ligera y el carrete aunque no muy grande funciona perfectamente. Volvería a comprar otro producto Lews

La caña llegó rota le falta la punta no puedo creer no se hayan percatado
