Excellent Read
Learned a lot about the amazing stories of our government workers. Enjoyed the Michael Lewis stories the best, along with Kamuu Bell. There is a chapter on statistics that was a bit dry, but overall, quite inspiring

He is such a great author and the people he chose to write the other articles were also great. Wow

A must read for government appreciation
Eye opening details about agencies that I never considered to be very important. Parts were technical in nature but essential to the point.I loved the book from start to finish.

Good things to learn
Only half way through, but so far I am so inspired by the stories told in the book and the dedication of government workers and the way on a daily basis they are improving things in our lives. Most of the time we know nothing about it; what a great way to highlight the great things that are done by the government as it is currently being dismantled.

In praise of Civil Servants In the Age of Trump
Dear Mr. Lewis, as a retired civil servant, I loved your book. You discovered that civil servants are people who work to serve the public. If you ever do a sequel, I recommend you read my book: Enemy No. 1, Waging The War On Secondhand Smoke. The impact of my work resonates today in widespread smoking bans internationally. Again, congratulations. Best Regards, James Repace, MSc.

Great timing as ever, stories not as great as could have been
The book starts and finishes amazingly, but the characters in the middle are surprisingly under inspiring given the material he should have been able to find

Informative
Easy read. A must for those who wonder who are the federal employees.
