Being a full time athlete BCAA's are an essential. What I love so much about this product, is that I can just take a few before or after training without the hassle of carrying around powdered supplements and having to mix them in a shaker bottle. Instead, I get to recover my body or get it prepped for daily activity with a yummy little treat! This flavour is my favourite and the value is great. Definitely would recommend Herbaland.

These are a good alternative to the powder BCAA powders; but they're expensive for how long they last vs powders (only 10 days). They start off super yummy but end with kind of a weird gross aftertaste. Pop em like candy and do a chaser of water worked for me. Likely won't buy, but would see these for anyone who wants to try something different than powders.

Great option if you need convenience! I don't like having to mix my BCAAs so these are an easy alternative (and they taste good). Will buy again.
