Delivered 2 days ago. Arrived ahead of schedule in perfect condition. My with cooked thanksgiving dinner on it and gave it two thumbs up. If she's happy I'am happy. Lets hope it holds up. Gotta admit it looks a lot nicer than the old one.

There's a reason GE stock has suffered over the last couple of decades: basically they make marginal equipment. Take this electric range. It's entirely function but typical of this company they ruined the range with the terrible cooktop surface. The black color becomes marred after only a couple of weeks and you can see my observations verified on other sites, like bb. The black color you see is a apparently a thin film on the back side of the glass. Using the heating elements causes it disappear.This is a fine intermediate oven for cooks who don't require the best appearance. The convection oven works fine, although it's noisy. I've baked pies, cookies and roasts and been happy with it. Have not had it long enough to use the cleaning programs.

I did not buy mine from Amazon, but I felt like folks should know what their getting. The unit feels and looks cheap to me. The knobs are *very* cheap and mine wobble when turning them. One of them just kind of hangs there. The WiFi app is an absolute joke. The app is very poorly written and you have to be pretty IT savvy to get it to work in the first place. I've had this stove less than a day and I'm already regretting the purchase. Fit and finish are poor. The gap on the bottom drawer is uneven and there's a piece right above the door that hangs down. Again, this is a brand new unit purchased from a local appliance store.GE is a horror to deal with and they absolutely don't value your privacy. They want all of your personal information for everything including just registering for the warranty.Calling them is a nightmare. I will pass on any other purchases from GE

My apartment had this model installed and I've been using it for two years now and it takes active effort to remember which knobs turn on which burners. The dial layout is so unintuitive that I have turned on/off the wrong burner and not realized my mistake until 20-30 seconds later when the wrong one heats up.Plus, having the control dials on the back panel means you have to reach over your hot items to turn off a burner. Good luck if something is steaming or on fire.The oven is nice, but the heating coil is not easy to remove for cleaning, as it is screwed into the far wall.I do not like this stove.

Fantastic oven, stove, and looks. I can't say anything bad about this item at all. It's a massive upgrade from my uneven coil stove.
