Excellent case for hiking, biking and other outdoor activities. Keeps the pen cooler than if in your bag which makes it easier to carry it with you in the summer. Wish it held two injectors but otherwise we are very happy. There was enough room to put in allergy pills so you have all your options in one place. Can be clipped on.

don't search for your epi pen in an emergency.
bright, easy to find in a hurry, holds my pen and alcohol pads easily. Well constructed. I keep mine on a ribbon attached to my inside purse handle.
