Sound doesn't come out from one ear and no warranty information
Sound is unbalanced in the left and right earphones and after using it for a while sound will completely stop going out from one of the earphones. Wireless Bluetooth has a lot of hissing noise. Says it has 1 year warranty but gives no website or address. Searching online yields no results and someone from Massdrop says there is actually no warranty on these things (believable, since there is no warranty info).Edit:I've decided to change these to 4 stars. It turns out Magaosi is part of a company called HiLisening and I was given the chance to return them to get them fixed but the shipping cost is too expensive from US to China to be worth it (about $90 with UPS). I've also read that BA earphones are very sensitive to shock and the symptoms of my earphones are exactly the same as what happens on this article https://www.innerfidelity.com/content/how-balanced-armature-receiversdrivers-work . It probably broke because I was careless taking it out of the pouch and dropped onto a table one too many times. The sound is clear and detailed but the wireless gadget that it comes with causes static noise and the silver cable tarnished quickly and turned green.
