I take this supplement to help with my blood pressure and perimenpause symptoms. I have noticed a difference as my blood pressure readings have come down and I feel more relaxed. Taking these supplements along with a healthy diet seems to be working.

I take it to calm down my heartheat. It seems to have an effect , more time needed to be sure its lasting and or improving in time.
