Bright eyes
Used this over two weeks now.. The koi have lovely bright eyes and are full of energy. Now this is good stuff.

The fish is still alive!
Having isolated the fish and tried other water bourne treatments I purchased this item as internet searches said it was the only recognized treatment for dropsey in koi. The fish is still alive after three treatments (four being the recommended maximum. One per week). It still has some bloating but the 'pine cone' appearance has disappeared and several scales which had come away appear to have healed. The fish had continued to eat throughout all treatment but is much more active after this treatment.

It works
Bought along with the Ulcer swab product, works well, used on whole koi pond, and in my isolation tank. Would recommend, good instructions, just make sure you follow them.
