I bought two of them for both of my kids. After opening I realized that the lids are not tight enough. It comes off easily and you could loose the tooth from it. You might want to look for something else instead of going for this one. The look and the writing was good, I liked that part.

This keep sake holder is adorable and I love that it can be personalized. However the lid just barely sits on it and one accidental bump into it, the lid falls off and you can lose your precious saved tooth. It's not good enough to put under a pillow for the tooth-fairy either because the lid isn't really protecting it. It would be better if it fit into the container a little snug or if it could be screwed on. Unfortunately it doesn't and it just sits there and for that very reason is why I wouldn't recommend it. Otherwise I would!!!!UPDATE: WOW, I have to say that I'm impressed. Just the other day I received a surpise shipment in the mail. They sent me a new toothbox with a wonderful letter noting how customer service is important to them and they aim to satisfy and give the best quality products. They read my review and decided to send me a new one that actually worked correctly. I am guessing the first one I received was just a defect because the new one has a lid that fits snugly on and it's perfect and exactly what I was hoping for the first time. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 because they went above and beyond to make it right and never once took the criticism negatively.Thank you so much!! I am pleased and totally recommend this!

I got this for my niece. But the lid does not stay on at all. I expected it to be snug but it is very loose and will def fall off if the box is tipped over.

Purchased it for my niece. My sister commented on how easy it is for the “tooth fairy” to find the tooth at night and replace the tooth with money enclosed in the personalized box.

Bought two of these. One was perfect top fit snuggly and really cute piece but the other one the lid is loose fitting. Lid may not stay on if bumped or dropped.

They are cute, solid, and you can use them to store all of each childs lost teeth, or let them use it to put under their pillow for the tooth fairy to find. The wood is unfinished, which looks nice, or you can easily stain it, put a wax or urethane coat on it. The design options were great, I purchased one for each of my children to store their teeth in. The only real con is that the lid is not a tight fit, so the lid could fall off fairly easy. I am not sure what the easy solution to this yet, but I have a wide rubber band on it for now. I will edit this if I come up with a better solution.

The boxes are very cute for saving teeth and putting under the pillow. Good size. We ordered 2 at the same time for each of our kids and I originally gave it 3 stars because one of the box lids fit too tight and was hard to open and close. Without me even asking for a refund or replacement, the company saw my review about the lid issue and sent me 2 brand new tooth fairy boxes, and the box lids fit perfectly now! I was very pleasantly surprised by their act of kindness, and am changing my review to 5 stars, because it is companies like this that deserve recognition for such amazing customer service! Thank you for the new boxes! I would recommend the boxes and this company to anyone :)

This is soo cute! It is perfect for the tooth fairy. My only complaint is that I’d love to see a little match or something to keep the lid on tighter. It’s loose soo a it might come apart in the middle of the night, if you put it under a pillow. But for those of us who might just leave it on the nightstand, it’s perfect. The etching is perfect.
